Nurses in 24 counties countrywide are set to go on strike owing to unfulfilled agreement that was meant to increase their salaries and allowances.
The Kenya National Union of Nurses accused the county and national governments of taking nurses for a ride and warned unless the November 2, 2017, return-to-work agreement is fully implemented, they will proceed with their planned strike as from Monday, February 4.
