Kenyans are optimistic that 2018 will be a better year than 2017, a TIFA research has found.
On the health sector – which saw strikes by doctors nurses in the last year – 67 per cent Kenyans feel there will be improvements this year.
Several governors have made promises such as revamping hospitals and ensuring they are fully equipped so residents do not have to travel to other counties for quality care.
The research was carried out from December 12 to 16 and involved interviews with 1,005 adults.
The margin of error was +/- three per cent and the confidence level 95 per cent.
