Casual workers who were sacked from Bondo sub-county hospital in December last year have threatened to sue the facility’s boss.
They have accused medical superintendent Willis Odhoch of terminating their contracts without following procedures.
The protesters who are serving an annual renewable contract said they were dropped in the guise of non-performance.
