President Uhuru Kenyatta hasdirected Education CS Fred Matiang’i to work with the Health ministry to enrol all 3 million secondary school students into the NHIF programme fromJanuary 2018.
The president gave the directive to the two ministries when he was being briefed on this year’s KCSE results by CS Matiang’i.
